Gary started his Hair & Make-Up career with Team in the 1980's.  He worked extensively in the world of high fashion and advertising and was privileged to work with many of Australia's leading fashion photographers. Gary worked on numerous fashion shows and also gained experience with film and TV.

Having moved to Daylesford in the late 1990's Gary moved out of the fashion and advertising industry. He spent his time renovating an old farm house and establishing a retail shop in the heart of Daylesford.  His passion for Hair & Make-Up, however, was ever present; so Gary developed a salon at the back of his shop.  He catered to the tourist industry and locals for weddings, school socials etc. sharing his knowledge and expertise.  The last twelve months has seen Gary working with mineral make-up. This has ignited his desire to get back into an industry he loves.

Suzanna first worked for Team in 2001 whilst studying Cinema and Cultural Studies at Melbourne University.  She left to further her experience in film and photography production in New York, where she went on to produce advertising with a focus on luxury branding.  Suzanna is now an experienced producer of live action and greenscreen film and still photography and has recently returned from New York.  With twelve years' experience in Australia, Canada and the US, she is skilled in the production of quality content for a demanding, high-end clientele.

Tania's training and background is interior design.  She has worked extensively in the hospitality industry covering a range of areas including commercial, residential, hotels, clubs and restaurant interiors. Tania's CV is impressive and speaks for itself.

 After being exposed to Tania's work and bubbly personality some years ago, I recognized her amazing flair with color and decided to invite her to work with Team on our annual photo shoot.  Tania was involved in the production of three of our Head Sheets, her rapport with children was invaluable and her eye for color brought a new dimension to our photos.   Although new to the world of advertising and photography, Tania slotted into the industry as if she had been working in it all her life.   

Tania's expertise with interiors would bring life and richness to still sets, whether they are film or photography, however she would be just as comfortable working with fashion.

Stephen has produced, written and directed numerous short films, his latest 'Safe House', is deservedly gaining much international attention in the Short Film Festival arena.

Stephens' association with Team began when he booked one of our young actors for 'Safe House'.

From the outset it was clear to me that Stephen is a rare find. Aside from his drive, passion and tireless commitment to his craft, his attention to detail is faultless. In an industry where everyone is on a deadline, crew and talent are pushed to the limit and personalities are run ragged, Stephen will take the time required to deal with what may appear to be the most insignificant problem.

Stephen Sherrard Griffith is a force to be reckoned with, I have no doubt that he will be one of Australia's most successful Director. Let's hope we can keep him here.
